On April 27th to 28th, 2019 Chinese Congress of Holistic Integrative Medicine was held in Xi 'an. The congress was jointly hosted by 10 academic organizations and institutes including Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Department of Medicine and Health of Chinese Academy of Engineering and China Institute of Integrative Medicine Development Strategy, and organized by Air Force Medical University.
The congress includes a main forum and 45 sub-forums for special subjects with more than 80 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, more than 180 university presidents and more than 3,000 hospital presidents gathered together to exchange and discuss on integration and innovation, the reshaping of medical culture, integration of medical disciplines, and medical aid strategies. More than 20,000 delegates attended the congress and more than 3 million people watched the live broadcast online, and more than 10 million people watched the playback.
