On 10 march, SCO Food Security Sumposium was held, co-sponsored by the sco secretariat and the united nations food and agriculture organization (fao). With the theme of "smart agricultural development and food security", the meeting was the first technical consultation meeting between fao and the sco secretariat under the framework for joint action 2020-2023, unanimously adopted by the 5th sco ministerial conference on agriculture.
