Shaanxi will take this round table as an opportunity to align the rules of the RCEP agreement with high quality and precision, continuously improve the level of trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, actively expand cooperation space with member states, share policy dividends and development opportunities, promote inland reform and opening up, and promote high-quality development with high-level opening up.
The reporter learned from the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce that in 2021, the total import and export value of Shaanxi and RCEP member countries reached 189.5 billion yuan, accounting for 39.8% of the total import and export value of the province; From January to June this year, the total import and export value of Shaanxi and RCEP member countries was 93.273 billion yuan, an increase of 4.41%.

At the meeting, guests from 10 embassies, consulates and business representative institutions of RCEP member states and representatives of key enterprises in the province focused on the theme of "Sharing development opportunities and achieving win-win cooperation", focusing on the RCEP agreement rules, actively expanding the cooperation space with member states, sharing policy dividends and development opportunities, and building a new development pattern of Shaanxi's opening up to the outside world.
